Category shortlists, tested the same way every time

Each guide states its methodology, names the date it was last tested, and gives one real limitation per tool. SERPs is included and judged on the same columns.

How these shortlists are built

Every guide here starts from the same dataset: published vendor pricing, capabilities the vendor documents, and one real limitation per tool. Each guide states its methodology and prints the date the pricing behind it was last checked.

SERPs appears in the categories it belongs in and is judged on the same columns as everything else. It has no public API, no MCP endpoint, and no white label reporting, so it is not the pick in the shortlists that turn on those things.

A category is published once there is enough verified data to rank it honestly. Categories still being researched are not listed, because a shortlist assembled from marketing pages is worth less than no shortlist.
