Know whether the answer engines cite you
SERPs runs your prompts across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and Perplexity, three samples per check, and records whether your domain was named or left out. The same project holds your Google positions.

One prompt, five engines
Every tracked prompt runs against ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and Perplexity on the same schedule, so a citation you win in one engine is never mistaken for coverage everywhere.
Three samples per check, not one
Answer engines are not deterministic. SERPs samples every prompt three times per check, so one lucky answer never registers as a stable citation.
A mention, a citation, or neither
SERPs records a hit when one of your brand terms appears in the answer text, or when your domain appears in the sources the engine consulted, and it stores where your domain sat among those sources. Every answer is kept whole, so you can read the sentence that named you.
Location and language sit on the prompt
Every prompt is stored with a location and a language. ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity accept that location. Gemini and Grok expose no location parameter at all, so SERPs labels those answers global only instead of pretending they were local.
Where the engines disagree
The same prompt does not return the same shortlist twice, and it never returns the same shortlist across engines. Recording each one separately is the only way to notice that one of them has quietly stopped naming you.
Share of the answer, not just a mention
Every recorded answer lists the sources it named. SERPs turns that into share of voice, so you can see how often a rival is cited on prompts where you are not.
Citations next to rankings
AI visibility lives in the same project as your tracked keywords, so the question of whether the page that ranks also gets cited has one answer instead of two dashboards.
| Engine | Consumer surface | Model requested | Location targeting |
|---|---|---|---|
| ChatGPT | chatgpt.com | gpt-5.5 | Country and city |
| Claude | claude.ai | claude-sonnet-5 | Country and city |
| Gemini | gemini.google.com | gemini-3.5-flash | Global only |
| Grok | grok.com | grok-4.5 | Global only |
| Perplexity | perplexity.ai | sonar | Country and city |
Every engine runs with web search on and returns the sources it consulted. SERPs stores the model the provider reports back beside the one it asked for, so a silent version swap is visible.
